Raclette de Savoie (Slices) Approx 80g Each
Raclette is a semi-hard cheese made on both sides of the French and Swiss Alps. Valais Raclette or Fromage a Raclette, as they are traditionally called, are made using ancestral methods with unpasteurised milk of cows grazing on the alpine meadows. The name Raclette comes from the French word ‘racler’, which means ‘to scrape’.
The flavour can vary from nutty to milky.

For a Raclette Party, we recommend the following quantities per person:
For an standard Raclette with potatoes, charcuterie and pickles, we recommend a total of 3/4 slices per person accros all flavours. The slices are long and will be able to be cut in half to fit onto the trays of your raclette machine.

- 4 Guests = 12/16 slices
- 6 Guests = 18/24 slices
- 8 Guests = 24/32 slices
